You might possibly get more response from other individuals who might want the same moulds, & who wish to add their names to your request for the two moulds that you requested if you posted this request in the What You Would Like To See Ran forum thread category….
In looking to try to help you … I regret to say that I found no other requests for these two particular moulds for quite a while now… listed on the forum website…
Historically for a new inventory run to be considered on run on out of stock items one basically needs 5 separate individuals to want each of the particular out of stock item in question for NOE to consider said inventory run.
For your convenience I have attached the NOE group buy requirements and the inventory run request requirements to this reply.. that Al has posted on the store website…

Since you listed the 311-90-RF-Q8 in the new mould group buys … are you possibly are looking for a mould design that is a new design… in a 5 cavity GC mould format… or is it possible that you actually meant a -Q6?
If this is indeed a brand new group buy design then for a group buy, such as where you just posted …
You should know that you will need to get at least 9 more individuals who are also interested per the NOE group buy rules …
That’s … Once the proposed design has been drawn up, & at least 10 individuals want said design… as per the NOE group buy rules…
If you meant to end the designation with a Q6 than this posting more properly should be in the What you would like to see ran forum topic … on the forum website…
There you would only need a total of five individuals to request that same mould to potentially get a new inventory run scheduled… into the mix…
I might potentially be interested for another purpose and cartridge design.
The caliber 7.62 is basically a 30 caliber bullet design…. plus the referenced cast bullet weight is similar to the FMJ ball ammo for the 30 carbine… which may be basically why the current NOE designs are 117 & 118 grains respectively…
