Not sure where my first message went.
I am getting ready to reload some .357 sized bullet for my 9mm. I bullet weigh 135gr and 156gr respectively. I am using RCBS dies. Which plug do I need to prevent schaving?

With the 9mm it is hard to keep to SAAMI dimensions AND not squeeze down your bullets. So, what we need to know is 1) bullet size 2) chamber size 3) fired case size. #1 you’ve answered .357. #2 and #3 will dictate what you need or at least what you will be able to use. If you have a tight chamber you’ll either want to size the bullets down a bit more or you’ll end up with ammo that will not chamber. Hopefully you are in the same position I am, in that my Hi-Powers all accept the 9mm loaded with a .3575″ bullet with no issues, and yes they SHOOT! Really, Really, well. It took a long time for me to get to the point that I tried the larger bullets but they did the trick and groups shrank by a good 2″ (from 4-5″ groups to 2-3″ groups at 50yds).

For your chamber size you can either do a chamber cast with Cerrosafe or do a pound cast. The fired brass size is easy, you’ll want to know ID and OD.
