Spitzer Design for 14 Twist 22’s

I have a 14 twist rifle that I would like to shoot a short spitzer in and this design will stabilized in a 14 twist barrel, like the 222 , 222 Remington Mag and 22/250. it will of course stabilize in the 12 twist 223, also.

I want a .223 diameter, PB bullet but, I can draw it with a .226, GC if there are enough people interested in this design, it would run as a both GC and PB, in two diameters.

Am considering rechambering a 1-15 rimfire barrel to CF.  At what velocity should this design stabilise in that twist rate?

Hamish,
it will be stabile at 1300 fps and up.

I also have a 225 Win, 15 twist that it will work in.
