UK Buyers – What your average postal time?

My latest NOE mold arrived in the UK on the 6th March

As of today (13 April, 38 days later) it’s still tracking as ‘In Transit’ – Royal Mail conform the Customs/Border Agency operation has it. I have heard nothing from Customs.

Used to be an average of 10 working days I could collect from my local sorting office

Feels pretty bad to see my property treated with such disregard.

Nothing you can effectively do about it either.

Just cough up the money to Parcel Farce including their fee for not delivering it when the customs lot decide to release it.

You know what?  I complained to Royal Mail (online complaints form)

Next thing I know, ParcelForce dude delivers it, no handling fee either, there’s a first…

Coincidence that customs released it, as Parcel Farce and Royal Mail have as much clout with customs as you and I have.

Are Parcel Farce and Royal Mail not separate companies now?
