::Well i´d like to get that .260 80gr RF from existing designs…Any other who want this mold?
I have a TLC258-80-RF for the 25-20 Win, is that the bullet you are referring to or do you want a .260″ bullet? If so what cartridge are will you be using this in?
I’m still puzzled by the lack of interest in the 454-290. Do you think folks are looking for a 255-260gr bullet for their 45 revolvers/carbines?
Yeah, that buy is very stagnate. It might be the “454” of the design vs. a “.452”. When I drew it it was based on my Marlin 1894S but there are very few out there. Both my Rossi R92 and Taurus 450 need .452″ bullets. I’ve always wanted to redraw this bullet for this diameter. I do not like sizing my TL designs. I run them through a sizer just to “true” them up and remove the excess lube but if I’m sizing, I’ve done something wrong.
How about a TL design for .30 Carbine?
This has my interest. I have Univeral carbine that I’ve always want to work with. Any other interested?
I would like to see a 7mm RD design about 145-150 gr. that would work for the 7mm-08 (and possibly, the 7×57 Mauser) and in the range of a 70-75% meplat.
In that I’m not shooting one of these cartridges, I would need to design it to the SAAMI spec. I will put it on my list to draw.

I´m a Airgunner. .260 because I need use sizer for those bullet´s…So I need atleast 0.02 bigger mold. I`m planning size those bullet´s to .257 or .258 I´t is important that bullets are sized in our hobby. I need to get bases as round as possible it is more accurate when base is round. That´s why I need .260 mold. There is almost nothing to size if that mold is .258….

I think your 454-290 is perfect for my Ruger Blackhawk, part of my reason for wanting this new mould is the standard lube groove design. Plenty of RBH’s out there needing a good hunting bullet, IMHO. Nothing against the TL design but I’d like the flexibility of standard grooves to let me use this bullet with SPG, NRA 50/50 or BAC lube. All my 45 revolvers like 454 bullets just fine, pretty sure my Winchester 94 Trapper can live with them as well. If not, I don’t think it will hurt to size a GG bullet down a bit.

Participant::Hi Ranch dog. I really, really, really want a Tumble lube version of your original 30-30 mold for my 1982 336a. I know NOE does a copy but he can’t do it in tumble lube. Seems strange considering your new designs that NOE will be running have the tumble lube grooves. Love the Tumble lube molds… Also would love one of your 250 grain 38-55 gas check tumble lube bullets. Like the one you use in your Rossi Rio Grande.. Missed the original Lee buys on both of these. Still kicking myself..

It is all in the tooling. When NOE started producing my designs I was still selling molds. The idea was that I would offer the TL designs and he would market the standard lube groove design. Now, it is just a matter of interest. If there is enough individuals interested in the TLC311-165-RF “A” bullet or the TLC380-250-RF bullet. I also did a TLC378-250-RF for guys that had JES rebores in 38-55 Win.
I believe that NOE can now order the tooling for both standard and TL grooves at a savings if both are ordered together.
