We normally ship via USPS Flat rate. On single items, we use either the small flat rate box or the flat rate envelope. For multiple purchases we use the medium flat rate box unless size dictates we use something larger.
If you have an issue with one of our products, please email or call us. We will be happy to work with you to resolve any issue that arises. Our forums are also a great source of information for “How to” and “what if” kind of questions as we have lots of knowledgeable members ready and willing to help.
Even though we strive to make a perfect product, we have to acknowledge that occasionally returns will be necessary. Returns will be accepted only for defects in workmanship and only if agreed upon by NOE Bullet moulds in advance. Please do not return a product without calling or emailing first. Repair, replacement, or refund will be at the discretion of NOE. Moulds that show obvious signs of mistreatment will either be returned to the purchaser or arrangements to repair the mould at the purchasers expense will be made. Again, this will be at the discretion of NOE staff.
