        Holy Cow! What a deal I’ve been trying all morning to get my order in and finally logged in to the store, had to use a different user name! But I did manage to get my order accepted, so anyone having a problem try logging in on the store. I hope that this helps!

          Different search engines lately have been causing different issues with the NOE carts in allowing new entries, & or deletions… I recently emailed William about that, & got his reading on the subject…

          You might possibly try to sign in with your original nam de plum … using a different search engine to do the log in.

          For instance Safari might just work… when Opera doesn’t …

          Your call on that … before you end up having to delete your history & log in under a different user name… or using a new email address…

            I have never heard of a Group Buy discount on an existing design…. That was something Al used to do to make it worthwhile to make the tooling, to make sure they would sell more than one or two moulds…. Once the tooling is made, once a mould goes out of stock, from then on it is an Inventory run, at the regular prices, from what I understand…. This thread was to show interest to prompt him to give this mould preference over others that are out of stock…. I certainly would not wait for a discount, or you may very well be waiting until the next run to get a mould (and still no discount)…. I don’t work for NOE, but I’m pretty sure what I state above is the facts….

                I noticed several buttons and graphics stopped load over the past few days. I sent my partial order in with the hope of emptying my cart for a new order. No such luck! I’ll call Al to add the rest after the holiday. I noticed last night the website updated after midnight. I’ll wait to see if the programmer’s next push contains a fix.

                When you call Al, you might also see if William is there too.

                William is the forums setup guru… for both the store and the forum itself… You can also use Williams email address… that delivers the replies and or the PM emails to contact William.

                I always copy William when I email Al about a forum or store software issue… Did you try another search engine? to log in… That solved my issue of 2 days ago … Hopefully this will all be sorted out soon.
