As some of you already know, we are working on moving to a new e-commerce platform that will allow us to better serve you, our customer.  One of the concerns by some of you has been our SSL certificate is a shared SSL provided by our hosting service rather than a dedicated SSL in our name.  We will be updating that as part of our move to a true NOE SSL certificate.  In order to make that change we will be moving to a static IP which means DNS will have to update.  During that time when DNS Is updating, the site will not be at the old address and you may not be able to find the new address until the DNS update completes.  We anticipate no more than 24 hours to accomplish this, so please bare with us as we work to make things better for all of us.

Al will be along with an announcement of the new site soon, Look for big things on the 31st or the 1st.

I thought that I will do resets and changes when new site is on use….. Or do I need to do it before?

Play around with the new site and familiarise your self with it and report improvements as you will but no point in committing to it ’till it it more functional, the continuing glitches will just cause you frustration.

The new site currently is displaying the following banner “This is a demo store for testing purposes — no orders shall be fulfilled.”

Not sure if this is caused by the move but I can’t log in to the new site or the old. Anyone else experiencing issue?

no troubles of any kind on old (this) site.
Remember the store on this site is your email & whatever the password you chose for that part.

New site is still only a test site.

Read the earlier posts of this thread for how GW got onto the new site.

Would not be at all surprised to need to renew you password again on the new site when it goes live

I have no problem with this site or the new site, my login credentials haven’t changed and are saved at the site and it won’t even let me reset my password.
