Last year I started working on reloading references for the NOE bullet designs, it has gone slower than expected because of the limits of my time but also because I needed to come up with templates that would make the Load Note sheets consistent across all the types of designs and contain as much information as possible for the bullet caster. Al and I think that we have a good format that addresses as many considerations as possible when generating the data so it is time to get started. A quick look at his store’s pages confirms exactly what an undertaking this will be so rather than work from A to Z, I thought I would ask as to what the immediate need of NOE’s customer base is concerning the information to get your bullets out the barrel.

In order to understand how the suggested loads are generated and how the pages are formatted, please read:  Pressure Notes.

Here is what the formatted Load Note pages look like and how the information is presented: 378-275 H&H Mag

If you recommend a bullet design, please include what cartridge you using with the design.

So no one has heard from RanchDog/Michael lately? Any one have his contact info that can do a health and welfare check on him? Just a little worried as he normally isn’t absent for this long.

As far as I remember, he is taking the winter off for hunting season(s).  I thought he had such posted to this thread, but I was unable to find him saying so recently.

            Cowboy_Dan,
In one of your posts you indicated how to reach data in the “archives” on the RanchDoginfo site.  When I go to the Ranch Dog site I cannot see either “NOE” or “archive”.  And much of the caliber data is missing.
I’m specifically trying to reach the 300 BLK data, anywhere from 150 gr to 247 gr.  Can you help me find this info ?  Thanks.
And I’m using a Mac if that matters.

              Thumper,

Coincidentally I was just looking for some data to refer to someone else and noticed the disappearance.  I hope this project hasn’t been scrapped.  Could be it was moved or is being updated somehow.  I have a couple of the data sheets for .300 BO on my phone I can email you if you pm me your address.

Greetings fellows, I did take the hunting season off, and I’m doing well, but not likely to return to producing the load sheets because of the work involved in doing this. It can take up to 3 hours to generate and format a single sheet. Honestly, this work has cut into the time that I would normally spend at my bench or up on my range, so something has had to change. Its kind of the same thing that I encountered when I was selling the Lee custom molds. My shooting dropped to nothing, so I closed the business.

I do run data if Al asks, but I’m not taking custom requests anymore. I would suggest that you purchase QuickLoad as it is a bullet caster’s best friend.

Thanks for the update.  Is the old NOE mould data that got taken down gone for good?  Or does Al have plans to put it up on his new website?

He will need to answer this as I just produced the sheets, I’m not sure where they are located since they were moved off my server.

Thanks for the link, Al.  I really need to just get my own copy of Quickload one of these days.
