With the talk of breech seated bullets for HV shooting, I designed this bullet. It would take about 1/8″ movement to BS in a .309 x .200 freebore that has a 1 deg leade angle or about .2 movement in a .15 freebore. It could also be used with match accuracy shot fixed.

I also favor the mod 1 design. With the wheel weights we can keep the high bc. and the weight heavier.

With this bullet sized to .309, the top of the GC should be at the neck/shoulder junction of the 30 Remington AR chamber.
