Would it be possible to get a 360-245± bullet with this profile? I think I would like to try one of this RD style. This one works just so well in my .30 that I’d love to have a .35 caliber of it.  ;D

Interest? Thoughts? Reasons it wouldn’t work?  8)

This is what we would get if we just took the tooling
for the 311 165Gr. and ran it out to .359

Again I haven’t checked for fit or function

this one looks like a winner. 360 diameter would be better though.

Well let’s run the 359-228 and see how many folks jump on! If we want, we can pursue the other one in a new discussion and see how many might sign up there too.
Right now, it’s not progressing very well to get too many designs under consideration in one discussion.  8)

I agree, lets focus on the 359-228. Other possibilities are interesting but this one is too good not to run with.

Do we still have some interest in a RG version?

Is there any other kind?  ;)

RG 2 here for me. Would like to se a cup point HP pin option for this one.

Rg here too. A full .360 on the 228 boolit will add a bit of weight? I size my noe 35 cal. boolits to .360 although .359 will shoot in my rifle, .360 gives a better fit. Is it going to be possible to get this boolit to .360? Lol i know i asked before but the drawings keep showing .359 on the 228.

Can’t see .360 being an issue, My sizers are .359 so that would work for me. I’m planning on using 50/50 plus a touch of tin for hunting bullets in this cartridge, will also HT them. Makes a tough hunting bullet, IMHO.

.360 works for me – and my whelen. Any opinions on a cup point HP pin option?

I don’t generally do HP’s but this mould has me thinking, Square Butte. I like the cup idea but quite honestly don’t know what Swede can make work on this mould. We’ll see.

It became a reality, but at 230gr when that particular profile was expanded out to .360
