Any interest in a multi-cavity version of this one? It’s a tapered bullet that weighs 195 grains. Because of the taper it is a great choice for magazine fed guns. It’s been a good performer in my 300 Blackout AR which has a fairly short throat. You can seat it out to where the mouth just barely covers the lube groove and it will still fit in the magazine and feed perfectly.

That drawing looks good to me. I’m in for one for my M1A and Garands!

        Check it out!  ;D

My only concern is the .308″ band. I’ve never used a design like this before. I guess after seating a crimp is in order, or there will be a hollow “gap” at the mouth, with exposed lube? Also, I size/lube using a RCBS luber. Will this leave a mess of lube on the band, after sizing to .310″?

If I’m reading the print right the front band tapers in steps from .310″ to .308″ to .305″  (If I’m not someone feel free to correct me).  Look at the dimension given at the bottom of the front band.

So, if I’m right you should not have a lube mess on your hands.

I believe that the .308″ band will have a .001″ ring of lube completely around it. Can we bump up the .308″ band to .310″, like the base?
