Last year I started working on reloading references for the NOE bullet designs, it has gone slower than expected because of the limits of my time but also because I needed to come up with templates that would make the Load Note sheets consistent across all the types of designs and contain as much information as possible for the bullet caster. Al and I think that we have a good format that addresses as many considerations as possible when generating the data so it is time to get started. A quick look at his store’s pages confirms exactly what an undertaking this will be so rather than work from A to Z, I thought I would ask as to what the immediate need of NOE’s customer base is concerning the information to get your bullets out the barrel.

In order to understand how the suggested loads are generated and how the pages are formatted, please read:  Pressure Notes.

Here is what the formatted Load Note pages look like and how the information is presented: 378-275 H&H Mag

If you recommend a bullet design, please include what cartridge you using with the design.

Thank you Sir for posting those loads.  Good advice about the software.  A reasonable investment to keep us safe.

325-216-SP loaded in 8x58RD with 35.1 grains Vihtavouri N135, at min OAL vs seated out.
Works fine, no accuracy tests performed as of yet.

If it is possible, I would be interested in load data for the SC357-135-RF (RD) bullet in the 9mm Browning Long (9x20mm).

              Thanks

Sure is! See: http://ranchdogoutdoors.com/data/  Look in the RDO & 30 directory.

I’ve got all the RDO designs updated to the new format through the 30 calibers. The data is for the various cartridges I targeted the bullets for. If you have another need, just ask and I will see if it works. I should get all the 40 calibers dones this week as nothing but rain in the forecast so my ranch work will be curtailed. After that I will work on an actual website that will make the search for data a bit easier and then start on data for the NOE group buys.

                  Thanks!  :)

Loaded up some, but haven’t had a chance to get to the range yet.

Dog, thanks for putting all this info out to all of us guys. Can you work up something for 338-06  with a NOE 340-320 GC. FN. 201 gr.
                    and 339-230 GR. NOE GC.

Yeah, I can do this if you “answer me this”:

[*]When you say 338-06 are you talking 338-06 A Square?[*]I cannot find a “FN 201” in NOE’s database. Are you referring to the different versions of the 339-200-RF?[/list]

Yes I am  referring to the 338-06 A Square.  f you look at the NOE bullet drawings, page 4, second and third from the bottom of the page, you will see the boolits I am talking about. NOE 340-320 GC. FN., 201 gr. and the Frankenstein boolit 338-230 gr.  Thanks Dog for your quick response.

Not yet. I show a 279-156-FN that weighs in with gas check at 165-grains, 161 without. Is this the bullet?
